MyMDCARES services and resources are available to active employees and dependents of State Personnel Management System, Maryland Department of Transportation, Judiciary and Legislature, including all full and part-time employees and contractual employees. This program is not available to contingent workers, temporary employees, and interns. Also not available to some agencies, such as but not limited to, those part of the University of Maryland System, Register of Wills for all Counties, Maryland Stadium Authority, etc.

Employees and dependents can access MyMDCARES via phone, text, online portal, and the MyMDCARES app.
